Mike and Tamara Tardy are both native California residents who relocated to New England by way of occupation. Residing in Providence County for over 8 years, they saw a need to support working class families. With housing being at the center of community needs, they purchased their first duplex in 2018 and offered housing and residential services to tenants. With their fierce passion to grow the community and expand affordable housing. They began MAAT Future LLC to rent affordable housing to the very community that allowed them opportunities to grow. With MAAT Future, they expect to be the leaders of long term residency for working class families, while offering affordable housing costs in quality neighborhoods. They both reside in Providence County as parents to Michael Tardy III (MT3) and Ava Tardy and look to support the housing needs of residents of Providence County and beyond.
